You're Great at the Work. Let's Make It Visible.
You've spent years building expertise. You lead teams, solve complex problems, and deliver results. But when it comes to making your work visible — to your boss, to leadership, to the market — something gets lost in translation.
That's where coaching comes in. Not to fix you. To help you show the value you're already creating and grow without burning out in the process.
Here's how we'll work together.
The Discovery Call (Session 1)
60 minutes | No cost
This is where we figure out if we're a fit. We'll talk about:
What's working and what's not in your current role
Where do you want to be in 6-12 months
What coaching is (and isn't)
Pricing, commitment, and next steps
You'll walk away with at least one action you can take immediately—even if we don't move forward together.
The First 30 Days (Sessions 2-3)
We start with clarity. Session 2 is a deep dive into your goals, not just "I want a promotion," but why that matters and what success actually looks like. Session 3 is where coaching really begins: we identify patterns, explore what's holding you back, and build momentum.
Every session ends with action you choose. I'm not here to assign homework, I'm here to help you figure out what's worth doing and why.
The Ongoing Rhythm (Months 2-6)
Sessions: Every 2 weeks, 60 minutes each. You schedule them using a link I'll provide (Calendly). Most clients find bi-weekly cadence works well, but we can adjust if you need weekly support early on or want to space things out later.
Between sessions: I'm available via email or messaging. I'll typically respond within 1-2 business days. I take my work-life boundaries seriously, and I'll help you do the same.
After each session: We'll collaborate on a summary of what we covered. You own the action plan and accountability, but we'll coach around both.
Check-ins: We'll do a formal progress review at the halfway point and again 2 sessions before we wrap. These aren't performance reviews; they're a chance to recalibrate and make sure we're focused on what matters most.
The Close (Final Session)
We end with reflection:
Where have you grown?
What habits are you keeping?
What's next?
This isn't a goodbye, it's a handoff. You'll know exactly what to do to keep the momentum going.
At least 2 sessions per month (maximum 3 if needed), 60 minutes each
Between-session support via email or messaging
Post-session summaries so you can focus on the conversation, not taking notes
Frameworks and tools (examples):
Eisenhower Matrix for time management
Personal leadership values and vision work
Feedback models (SBI, STAR) for difficult conversations
Leadership visibility snapshot for self-awareness
Flexible scheduling via Calendly (Zoom, Google Meet, or in-person if you're in Reno, NV)
24-hour cancellation policy with no charge for rescheduling
3-month commitment: $700/month ($2,200 total)
6-month commitment: $630/month ($3,780 total - 10% savings)
Alumni sessions: $350/session (as-needed support after your engagement)
Most clients pay upfront (Stripe or PayPal accepted), but monthly payments are also available.
What happens after your engagement? You're not on your own. Many clients use alumni sessions for promotion prep, new role transitions, or just a quarterly gut check, no ongoing commitment required.
Access matters. I reserve 1-2 pro-bono spots per quarter for currently enrolled university students and individuals facing special circumstances. If cost is a barrier to working together, let's have a conversation.
Why This Is Worth It
The average tech leadership promotion comes with a $20K-$40K salary increase. Most of my clients land a promotion or transition to a new company within 12 months. Coaching pays for itself fast.
The ROI isn't just financial. It's getting home by 6 pm instead of 8 pm. It's walking into a 1:1 with your boss feeling confident instead of defensive. It's knowing what you're worth and being able to communicate it clearly.
One-off sessions for alumni are available if you want occasional support after your engagement ends.

Who This Is For (And Who It's Not)
This is for you if:
You're a tech or systems leader who's great at the work but struggling to get recognition for it
You're preparing for a promotion, navigating a new leadership role, or feeling stuck despite strong performance
You're willing to take action between sessions and do the work (I'm not here to be your parent)
You want a coach who's been in the arena, not someone reading from a playbook
This probably isn't a fit if:
You're looking for someone to tell you what to do (coaching is about you finding the answers)
You're not ready to take ownership of your growth (I'll challenge you, but you have to show up)
You just want advice or a sounding board without commitment to change
