Helping High-Accountability Professionals Lead With Clarity
I coach high-accountability professionals—especially in tech, engineering, and systems-driven roles—who are navigating complexity, growth, and high expectations.
I know what that feels like, because I’ve lived it.
For over 15 years, I led engineering teams in a Fortune 500 tech environment, solving big problems, managing high-stakes delivery, and learning (sometimes the hard way) how to lead with clarity, influence, and resilience.
After 15 years leading engineering and development teams in a Fortune 500 tech environment, I realized something: the moments I found most fulfilling weren’t about shipping code or hitting deadlines, they were about helping people grow.
As my role expanded, I became a resource for team members navigating tough situations: stalled promotions, misaligned communication, impostor feelings, or pressure at the next level. I thrived in those conversations and saw the impact they created.
In 2021, I made that passion official by enrolling in the prestigious Co-Active Training Institute. Since then, I’ve been committed to refining my craft as a coach, blending deep listening, powerful questions, and real-world leadership experience.
Today, I coach professionals who are ready to lead with more clarity, communicate their value, and grow without burning out.
I believe you don’t have to choose between performance and sustainability.
You can lead with impact and stay grounded.
You can grow without burning out.
You can show your work without feeling like you’re selling yourself.
My coaching is reflective, pragmatic, and judgment-free.
I help leaders get out of survival mode, into strategic action, and show up with the clarity and confidence their role demands.
I work with senior engineers, managers, directors, and emerging executives who are:
Delivering results but not getting noticed.
Second-guessing themselves under pressure.
Preparing for promotion or expanded visibility.
Leading teams, but feeling isolated at the top.
I live in Northern Nevada with my wife and daughter, where we spend as much time as possible outdoors. Whether it’s skiing in the winter, hiking local trails, camping, or teaching my daughter how to drive a tractor, being outside helps me stay grounded and present.
When I’m not coaching or adventuring with my family, you’ll likely find me in my shop, building, fixing, or figuring something out with my hands. I’ve always loved problem-solving, especially when it involves a hammer, a little wood dust, and a lot of curiosity.
I bring that same mindset to coaching:
Hands-on. Grounded. Always learning.
Because leadership isn’t theoretical, it’s lived. And growth comes from real conversations, intentional effort, and a willingness to get a little uncomfortable in service of something better.
